Ok, so when I saw that this girl sitting next to me in math was rocking a navy manicure I knew I had seen the latest trend. It starts on runways/beauty spreads, goes to celebs, then to normal people, then high schoolers. This was big last winter, and I like it because it's a lighter option to black. Check it out:
